How accurate is the translation and layout?
LingoDoc works best with text-based PDFs where the text can be selected or copied. It helps you save time and reduce translation costs while producing clear, accurate translations for everyday business, academic, and personal documents. Original layouts are preserved as closely as possible, though complex formatting or certified translation needs may still require human review.
What is your refund policy?
First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days if the paid service has not been substantially used. Completed translations, exported PDFs, and consumed page allowances are generally non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card. To prevent abuse, it includes 20 preview pages per month and translates up to the first 3 pages per PDF.
What download formats are available?
You can download bilingual PDFs (side-by-side view) or translation-only PDFs. Both are designed to keep the original layout close where possible.
